Join the Health Care Transformation Task Force (HCTTF or Task Force) and the Maternal Health Hub (MHH or Hub) on July 19th from 1-2:30pm ET for a webinar highlighting ways the maternal health care community is innovating to transform care delivery to address significant disparities in outcomes between White and BIPOC birthing people.  

The webinar’s objectives include:

  • Providing an overview of the history of the Maternal Health Hub, including the Hub’s Maternity Care Theory of Change, which was developed by a panel of maternal health care stakeholders, that guided the learning community agendas and  Hub resources.  
  • Sharing background on the current state of maternity care and outcomes, and disparities highlighted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Sharing examples – and lessons learned – from models, organizations, tools, and practices that are working every day to transform maternity care.
  • Providing a forum for maternity care stakeholders to discuss what comes next: short- and long-term actions to continue the push for transformation.

The Task Force is excited to share a synthesis of the learnings and promising practices gleaned from the Hub Learning Community, and hear from the the following speakers:
