Who We Are
The Maternal Health Hub Learning Community is a forum to share learnings and best practices, payment reform evidence, and implementation resources to accelerate the identification and dissemination of effective value-based care delivery and payment strategies for maternity care that advance health equity. The Learning Community is open to all maternal health stakeholders – including providers, payers, patient advocates, purchasers, community-based organizations, policymakers and others – that are committed to advancing high-value maternity care by sharing their experience, best practices, and challenges with others.
Learning Community Meetings
The Learning Community meets monthly by conference call and participants are invited to engage actively in continued discussion via the online Maternal Health Hub forum.
The meeting agendas of the Learning Community will be guided by a theory of change that categorizes the maternal health care system’s current gaps, challenges, areas for improvement and relevant improvement strategies into primary and secondary drivers for change.
